
Setting up Mobile Top Up is free, but first you'll need to be a TSB Bank HomeBank Internet banking user. If you're not already signed up, contact TSB Bank.
HomeBank users need only:
- logon to HomeBank Internet banking
- click on the 'Services' menu and select the Mobile Top Up option
- follow the instructions to register your mobile (you will need to select a four digit password to use when topping up)
Once registered, it takes one simple text to credit your mobile account. You'll receive text confirmation of your new mobile balance, and the funds will be deducted from your nominated TSB Bank account*. Plus, because it's like an EFTPOS transaction there are no bank transaction fees for most accounts**. Here's how to top up:
If you're with Telecom
Simply text 'TOPUP' followed by a space, then your password to 8678 to credit $20 to your prepay account.
If you're with Vodafone
You can use Mobile Top Up to pay your account or credit your prepay, and you can nominate how much you want to pay. Just follow the steps after selecting 'Hotlink' from the 'My Vodafone' menu on your phone.
If your mobile is lost or stolen, contact TSB Bank immediately to cancel your Cashflow card. (If it's after hours call 0800 406 406). You will also need to inform your mobile provider.
