Access your Residents Withholding Tax (RWT) certificate quickly and easily
From 10am on 1 April, your RWT certificate for the financial year ending 31 March 2017 will be available to view and download through Online Banking. You’ll be able to find your 2016-17 Certificate in the new ‘Documents’ area in the Main Menu. If you don’t log in regularly or don’t have Online Banking, we’ll send your Certificate by mail instead.

Latest scam warning
There are currently a handful of scam websites which look like ours asking you to login, then verify your identity with personal or full card & expiry details. To get to Online Banking, we recommend typing in the website address to the top of your browser, however if you use search (eg google or bing), please ensure you have the latest antivirus/malware software installed, check you are clicking the correct link (https://homebank.tsbbank.co.nz/online/) and the page has a padlock symbol.

Online Banking will never ask for your credit card details. If you do come across this, please run your antivirus software, change your password, and get in touch with us.

Online Banking now lets you re-fix your home loan online.
It's now easy to re-fix a home loan when it's next up for renewal. Customers with Online Banking will be given the opportunity to re-fix their home loan online when their current fixed rate term comes to an end. They'll pay no re-fix fee (usually $100) and if the rate changes on the chosen term before the current one expires, they'll automatically get the lowest rate. (Conditions apply)
