Identification of the entity can only be provided by an individual with a controlling interest or their authorised representative (authorisation will have to be proven).
All controlling persons will also need to provide personal identification. Those with controlling interest can include the following:
Please note that if any controlling ‘person’ is an entity, e.g. a trustee company, then the controlling persons of that entity will also need to be identified.
Owner/Operator to be personally identified. No further evidence required.
Original or certified copies of the:
Partnership Agreement (if applicable); and/or
Certificate of Incorporation (if a limited partnership)
Copy of Resolution (if applicable).
A current copy of the incorporation certificate or extract. (We will source this upon application)
Trust Deed; and/or
Evidence of appointment or retirement of trustees (if applicable).
Club rules, charter, constitution or equivalent; and/or
Signed Minutes of the meeting; and/or
Certificate of Incorporation (if applicable).
Any documents that are not the originals must be certified by one of the following signatories.
