What happens next?

Opening an account or investment? 

  1. We’ll contact you to discuss what you need, and get a few more details from you.
  2. We'll send you confirmation of your new account and a new card if you need one. 
  3. If you’ve asked us to, we’ll contact your current bank to transfer any automatic payments and direct debits. 
  4. When your accounts have been fully switched, we’ll give you a call. 
  5. Then you’re ready to go! Don’t forget to tell people like employers or buyers on Trade Me your new account number.
