If you’re overseas and have money to send home or you’re expecting a payment from someone in another country, the overseas bank will need a few details before the payment can be made.

If possible, please also have your TSB Bank account number placed into the reference field of the transfer to assist TSB Bank.
If the overseas bank has trouble with these instructions, please advise them to contact their bank’s international department for further clarification. The overseas bank can also email us direct on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can resolve directly with them in ‘Bank Speak’.
